The IW-89V is equipped with four 150W SMD LED floodlights, delivering a combined output of up to 84,000 lumens.

The hydraulic mast lifts to approximately 9 metres, with 360-degree rotation and 90-degree tilt to help operators direct light where it is required.
Solar Power with Lithium Battery Storage
The IW-89V combines four 435W solar panels with a 24V 800Ah lithium battery system.
The unit also includes smart solar charging control, shore power charging capability and a fast recharge system.
For suitable applications, this means site lighting can operate without continuously running a diesel engine.
Reducing dependence on diesel can also help reduce fuel handling, refuelling activity, engine-related servicing and operating noise.
Solar does not mean maintenance-free, but it can significantly reduce the routine maintenance associated with a diesel engine.

The IW-89V is designed with IP67 water and dust protection, wind resistance up to 110 km/h, and an operating temperature range from -35°C to 60°C.
The unit also features a galvanised steel frame for long-term outdoor use, four hydraulic stabiliser legs and an Australian trailer-standard configuration.
Off-road tyres, lifting points, forklift access and flexible towing connections help make transport and relocation more practical across project sites.

Lighting towers may need to be repositioned regularly as site activities change.
The IW-89V includes hydraulic one-touch stabiliser deployment, electric one-touch solar panel deployment and hydraulic mast lifting.
These features are designed to reduce manual setup and make deployment more straightforward for site teams.
The combination of solar generation, battery storage and automated deployment also makes the unit suitable for remote areas where reducing daily fuel and servicing requirements can be particularly valuable.
